Account information: the email address, name and country or region you give us when you create a collector account. If you browse without an account we create a device-only record so your swipes stay on your device; it contains no personal details.

账户信息：你创建收藏家账户时提供的邮箱、姓名和常住国家或地区。如果你未注册即浏览，我们会创建一条仅属于本机的记录以保存你的划动结果，其中不含任何个人身份信息。

What you do in the app: which artworks you keep or pass, which exhibitions you save, and the inquiries you send to galleries. We use this to build your deck and to show your Interested list.

你在 App 中的操作：保留或划走了哪些作品、收藏了哪些展览、向画廊发送了哪些询价。这些用于生成你的作品流和「感兴趣」列表。

Location: only when you tap “Use current location” in Exhibitions. Your coordinates are sent once to find exhibitions near you and are not stored on your profile.

位置信息：仅在你于「展览」中点击「使用当前位置」时收集。坐标仅用于本次查找附近展览，不会保存到你的个人资料。

Technical data needed to run the service, such as your session token and basic request logs.

运行服务所必需的技术数据，例如登录会话令牌和基本的请求日志。

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Artinder contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Your email address is never shown to other collectors.

我们不出售你的数据，不将其用于广告，也不会跨其他公司的 App 或网站追踪你。Artinder 不包含任何第三方广告或分析 SDK。你的邮箱不会展示给其他收藏家。

When you choose to send an inquiry, the gallery receives your name, your email address and the artwork you are asking about — that is the point of the inquiry. Nothing else is shared with galleries. We also use service providers for hosting and for sending email, who process data only on our instructions.

当你主动发送询价时，画廊会收到你的姓名、邮箱和你询问的作品——这正是询价的用途。除此之外不会向画廊共享任何信息。我们还使用托管和邮件发送服务商，他们仅按我们的指示处理数据。

Data is stored on servers in Hong Kong. AI-assisted processing of artwork and exhibition information runs on servers in Singapore and does not involve your personal information.

数据存放于香港的服务器。作品与展览信息的 AI 辅助处理在新加坡的服务器上运行，不涉及你的个人信息。

We keep your account and its history until you delete the account. Delete it and everything goes at once — see below.

我们会保留你的账户及其记录，直到你删除账户为止。一旦删除，所有内容立即清除——见下方说明。

Delete your account: in the app, Profile → “Delete account”. One confirmation, and your profile, interests, saved exhibitions, inquiry history and sessions are permanently deleted from our servers.

删除账户：在 App 中进入「我的」→「删除账户」。确认一次后，你的资料、感兴趣作品、收藏的展览、询价记录和登录会话都会从服务器上永久删除。

Access or correct your data, or ask us to delete it for you: write to privacy@artinder.art. You can edit your display name and country in the app at any time.

查询、更正数据，或请我们代为删除：请联系 privacy@artinder.art。显示名称和常住地区可随时在 App 内修改。

Location: you can turn location access off at any time in your device settings. Saved exhibitions remain available without it.

位置：你可以随时在系统设置中关闭位置权限，已收藏的展览不受影响。

Artinder is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). If you believe a child has given us information, write to privacy@artinder.art and we will delete it.

Artinder 不面向儿童，我们不会有意收集 13 周岁以下（或你所在国家/地区规定的相应年龄）儿童的信息。如果你认为有儿童向我们提供了信息，请联系 privacy@artinder.art，我们会删除。

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.

如本政策发生重要变更，我们会在变更生效前于 App 内告知你。
