Email support@artinder.art and we will reply within two business days. Please tell us the device you are using (iPhone, WeChat Mini Program or the website) and, if it helps, the email address on your collector account.

You can open Artinder and browse artworks and exhibitions without creating an account. An account is only needed to send an inquiry to a gallery and to keep your interests in sync across devices.

打开 Artinder 即可浏览作品与展览，无需注册。只有在向画廊发送询价、或希望多台设备同步收藏时，才需要创建账户。

Tap Exhibitions and then “Use current location”. Your device asks for permission the first time. Your precise location is used for that search only and is not saved to your profile. If you decline, saved exhibitions remain available.

点击「展览」，再点「使用当前位置」。首次使用时设备会请求授权。你的精确位置仅用于本次搜索，不会保存到个人资料。即使拒绝授权，已收藏的展览依然可以查看。

In the app, open Profile and tap “Delete account” (on a device-only session it reads “Delete my data on this device”). After one confirmation your profile, interests, saved exhibitions, inquiry history and sessions are permanently deleted from our servers. This cannot be undone. You can also email support@artinder.art and we will delete the account for you.

在 App 中打开「我的」，点击「删除账户」（本机会话显示为「删除本机数据」）。确认一次后，你的资料、感兴趣作品、收藏的展览、询价记录和登录会话都会从服务器上永久删除，且无法恢复。你也可以发邮件到 support@artinder.art，我们会协助删除。

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link.

在登录页点击「忘记密码」，我们会发送重置链接到你的邮箱。

Galleries who would like to publish inventory on Artinder can write to galleries@artinder.art.
